スティーブン・マクドナルド＆アソシエイツ在籍中に不動産関連の訴訟に携わった後、2012年にヘデマーク法律事務所を設立。2007年、ゴールデンゲート大学ロースクールにてJ.D.課程修了（法学士）。その後、2009年、同大学にて税法分野のLL.M.課程修了（法学修士）。不動産のニーズに合わせてクライアントをサポートするとともに、事務所としてはエステートプランニングに注力。2016年、ヘデマーク法律事務所を弟のジャスティン氏に完全移譲。その後、2人の共同設立者とともに、有資格の開業不動産ブローカーとしてテクノロジーベースの不動産仲介業であるReside Real Estateの運営に移行。現在もヘデマーク法律事務所においてエステートプランニングや不動産法務の分野で弁護士として顧客対応を継続している。

Hilary founded Hedemark Law in 2012 following a tenure practicing real estate litigation with Steven MacDonald & Associates. Graduating from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2007 with her J.D. and in 2009 with her LL.M. in Taxation, Hilary focused the direction of the firm to estate planning while still supporting clients with their Real Estate needs. In 2016, Hedemark Law was fully transitioned to Justin.  In her role as a licensed and practicing real estate broker, along with two co-founders, Hilary has transitioned to operating Reside Real Estate – a technology based real estate brokerage.  Hilary remains “of counsel” at Hedemark Law assisting clients in estate planning and real estate law.
